Responsible for the preparation and analysis of Talent Relations metrics including standard recurring reports on a scheduled basis and as ad hoc requests, as needed.
Log cases into case management tool and manage workload and time effectively.
Manages, documents, and resolves red rating background investigations, which include partnering with business leaders, Talent Acquisition, and the Office of General Counsel, to recommend outcome.
Manages medical accommodations as well as additional case types, as needed.
Makes decisions/recommendations regarding the outcome and action steps on cases.
Participates on Talent Relations Accommodation Team (TRAT), and other projects, as needed.
Frequency of decision making varies depending on request, complexity, and experience.
Escalates complex cases to manager of the appropriate business.
Demonstrates good judgment and an ability to determine risk; selects methods and techniques for minimizing risks, as appropriate.
Builds productive internal and external working relationships and networks.
Makes decisions regarding own work, often in ambiguous situations.
Normally receives minimal instruction on day-to-day work; receives general instructions on new assignments.
Provides general support to the US Talent Relations team.
Acts as subject matter expert with regards to some Firm systems and processes used by Talent Relations, such as SWIFT (accounts payable system) for processing of invoices.
Provides administrative support, as needed, related to coordination of team meetings/team events.
Creates opportunities to identify process efficiencies for the Talent Relations team or Talent organization.
