Responsibilities


•    Responsible for providing the sales organization with the information, expertise, and tools to help salespeople sell more effectively.  
•    Optimize all buyer interactions to build pipelines, relationships, and opportunities, and improve communication. Requires demonstrating data center knowledge and proficiencies in buyer behavior and your company’s go-to-market process to create continuous training opportunities through various methods.  
•    Create and deliver content, information, and tools to prepare sales to deliver on company business goals including building client relationships, identifying client needs, how company products and services can meet client needs, and capturing opportunities within their accounts.  
•    Use sales metrics to identify and quantify effective sales strategies. Will continually evaluate and deploy new and improved deployment methods. 
•    Undertake the data center solution pre-sales development with extensive communications with IT decision-makers and the data center support team. 
•    Develop data center sales strategies and promotion plan of data center service. 
•    Formulate with Data Center engineering and operation team to address market service requirements and translating customers’ needs to concrete and executable new products/ services. Responsible for first-level product design, specification and assessment, and monitoring the implementation of each product/customers project. 
•    Manage product life cycles by driving and reviewing existing services regularly and develop new services to meet emerging market trends and challenging customer expectations, including working from packaging to new product releases. 
•    Continuous insight into IT and data center services technology architecture evolution trend, and planning data center service platform evolution roadmap.
•    Facilitate training within the internal and external organization for talent development to junior members and explore new market opportunities. 
•    Develop and organize content for sales and marketing material. 
•    Align sales tools and the ideal sales process to the typical buying process. 
•    Drive business revenue and contribute to product business plan and ROI.

Minimum qualifications
•    Bachelor’s or equivalent and entry or basic level experience; or an advanced or equivalent degree without experience; or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications/Skills
•    Ability to work in a high paced environment
•    Good sales business acumen
•    Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
•    Able to work in a team and independently, applying a proactive approach to work processes
•    Ability to make decisions about work process
