Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Develop a winning and scalable sales strategy that generates revenue and achieves assigned goals · Directly source deals and manage the sales lifecycle through close · Drive a complete sales strategy that represents a breadth of services (customer contact solutions, automation, shared services, etc.) · Develop and execute business plans to include prospecting, responding to inbound leads, shaping deals, solutioning, pricing, negotiating, finalising sales contracts, closing deals, and managing customer relations · Effectively construct and tell a compelling and clear story around the value proposition both orally and in presentations · Deliver the required business outcomes to our customers while protecting the interests of the executives' team and Wipro’s stakeholders · Be a key member of the Wipro’s Global Business Line DOP and contribute to shaping the company’s overall strategy Candidate will be responsible for creating demand for and successfully selling to the New Age industry business process outsourcing services to Fortune 1000 companies. The successful candidate will have a successful track record: · Selling in the Software/technology industry · Prospecting at the C-level and senior executive decision maker levels demonstrating a clear understanding of their business, organisation, culture, and compelling reasons to act · Managing large, complex customer relationships · Participating in and/or leading complex proposal solutioning and business value proposition development efforts · Negotiating long-term contracts Experience /Competencies/Qualifications · 15+ years of experience in a sales role selling BPO Services (i.e., trust and safety, eCommerce, and operations) and horizontal BPO offerings (F&A, supply chain, procurement, contact center and HR) with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering against targets · A solid professional network and a strong ability to build relationships with decision-makers · Strong knowledge of outsourced solutions · Ability to write and present proposals, respond to RFPs, and document activities · Confident in interacting with and influencing senior leaders; with an ability to analyze data, synthesize and present results to C-level executives · Strong leadership skills and an ability to work with various teams and inspire them to deliver above and beyond · Business foresight and the ability to strategize & demonstrate deep business insight that helps identify & develop strategic opportunities · Ability to travel 35% travel · Bachelor’s Degree
