Job Description

Strategy & Vision:

o    Work with Learning Leads and key business stakeholders to plan the onboarding for experienced new hires across all locations in US India.

o    Provide input into the annual plan and budget to execute relevant learning and talent development activities.

o    Set strategic direction and scope of work based on the vision articulated by USI Consulting Development CoE Leader and the Practice Leadership

o    Refine and action such scope of work through regular interactions with Business Talent Leaders, Consulting talent leaders and US/USI Consulting Development COE leaders.

Design

o    Partner with SMEs and US teams to ensure training materials are most up to date.

o    Provide input into the development and maintenance of learning and development roadmaps to build and deliver required capabilities.

o    Continuously look for new ways to bring leading edge technologies and concepts to enhance the learning of practitioners.

o    Lead the design and delivery of uniquely offered learning program in the business.

o    Act as an SME on the use of firm wide development frameworks such as Bersin’s 4E Model and 6D Design Framework

Program Management:

o    Work with a team to plan and run all aspects of development programs, partner with the business, vendors and HR teams. This includes participant registration, facilitator onboarding and retention, train the trainer workshops and end to end program management.

o    Continuously identify opportunities for efficiency in all aspects of program management to help in scalability.

o    Ensure excellent practitioner experience through delivery and seek feedback regularly to determine ROI.

o    Partner with the Learning Delivery and Evaluations teams to use best-in-class core talent development processes for communications, classroom delivery, metrics, reporting, and solution support.

o    Lead a project team and oversee the delivery of all existing and to be introduced Consulting milestone programs and external curriculum portfolio.

Budget:

o    Manage L&D investment through effective planning, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management.

o    Basis detailed multi-dimensional discussions, create yearly budget plans, track spending, report out at an OP level, manage reforecasts and ensure accrual process is followed through for each period during the fiscal.

Metrics/Reporting:

o   

o    Use learning measurement and analytics to assess program efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that all key learning metrics are measured, published and leveraged for decision making.

o    Demonstrate initiative in gathering feedback and data from practitioners, improving learning and development programs, and constantly moving learning to the next level.

o    Work in partnership with the Delivery and National Evaluations teams to use standard metrics and develop any unique measurement requirements for projects.

o    Produce metric scorecards for learning programs as appropriate.

People Management

o    Drive the performance management process and development strategy for team members through regular coaching and mentoring

The key job accountabilities include the following:

·       Operational excellence – client satisfaction, information and reporting, quality of services and work products, timeliness and efficiency - assessed through observation, manager and client feedback

·       Financial management – Financial planning for responsibility area, managing period wise variance between reforecast and actual to within +-10%

·       Team management – support engagement, performance management, development and retention of the larger team – assessed through observation and team feedback

·       Management of issues, risks, and continuous improvement – assessed through event-based observation

In our US India offices, the Learning & Development team supports capability development, professional networking and career progression for the region's professionals. The team specializes in connecting the dots between internal and external team members to provide a wholistic learning solution to business and come across as one.

Qualifications

Graduation: Any graduation degree

Post-graduation: DTD (ISTD), MBA/ PGDBA/ PGDBM or equivalent degree

Experience:

Overall 10+ years of progressively complex experience in Learning and Development/Talent Development in matrixed organizations focused on international markets.

Experience in overall training process management, training needs identification, learning strategy and design (especially for technology-related programs), vendor management, project management, cross-border stakeholder management, financial management

Job location: Hyderabad

Work Model – 2 days’ work from Office, 3 days work from home

Timings – 11 AM to 8 PM

Preferred skills:

·       Must be able create business value of Learning initiatives

·       Action Oriented with focus on delivery and timelines

·       High Customer orientation, excellent interpersonal skills and project management

·       Strong orientation towards contemporary trends in adult learning, and training. Demonstrated ability to put theory into practice

·       Analyze Data in order to unearth performance gaps and validate hypotheses. Strong proficiency in using MS Office tools, including MS Excel

·       Strong orientation towards and understanding of contemporary technology trends in general, and technology related training in particular

·       Familiarity with learning technologies—ability to independently work with cutting-edge technologies and enable their quick and wide adoption in the space of learning
