Responsibilities

- Connect with the application SMEs to understand and document the functionalities of the existing application

- Perform the discovery process to identify the data co-relation models and workflow entities

- Work with the customer to understand the business requirements to be implemented in OnBase

- Data analysis and customer communication to plan the data migration activities

- Identify the different workflows and validate the functional aspect of the same

- Define the data ingestion plan in OnBase and the corresponding Workflow functionalities to be built in the application

- Data reconciliation after the data migration steps

- Understand each process, and document requirements by working with the business and other stakeholders

- Design, develop, and test OnBase solutions, processes, and system changes, and implement the changes and enhancements as requested

- Perform system and application administration functions related to the OnBase system

Qualifications:

· Hyland Work view: 2+ years of experience

· Hyland OnBase Scripting: 2+ years of experience

· Hyland certified is nice to have.

· 8+ years total experience

· Hyland OnBase Work View

· Hyland OnBase Scripting

· Hyland OnBase Architecture, API and Workflow

- Knowledge and experience on content and metadata Migration from the FileNet system to OnBase.

- Replicate core functionalities and workflows from FileNet in OnBase, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.

- User access and security group creation using OnBase Configuration Client

- Experience in designing the document models and relationship in OnBase

- Requires knowledge on document import mechanisms in OnBase

- Experience in creating and designing workflows using OnBase studio

- Hands on knowledge required to work on the OnBase Workview.

Good To have certifications:

• OnBase Certified API Developer

• OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator

• OnBase Certified System Administrator

• OnBase Certified WorkView Administrator
