Job Description
Training:
- Conduct live targeted training to across all Ethics & Compliance (E&C) pillars.
- Identify risk areas and target audiences that could benefit from additional training opportunities (e.g. functions interfacing with regulatory authorities teams selling or marketing to governments or SOEs)
- Conduct or coordinate E&C training as part of regional/country onboarding processes.
- Prepare and assist in preparing training materials.
Communication And Collaboration
- Collaborate with respect to country-specific communications to enhance awareness and establish tone at the top and from the middle.
- Establish and collaborate with local communications network that includes local leadership
- Assist in advising on and coordinating translations of communications as needed.
- Establish Country and/or Location-Specific Compliance Committees to drive compliance program initiatives and messaging.
- Assist with and support E&C ambassador program activities
Policies:
- Assist in drafting reviewing revising and implementing E&C corporate policies and procedures.
- Identify country-specific compliance issues and determine if a regional version of any policy or implementing procedures are needed Lead development of the same.
- Monitor external environment for possible changes that would impact the E&C program policies procedures etc.
Anti-corruption:
- Serve as point-of-contact for reviewing vendors for anti-corruption due diligence
- Support the vendor anti-corruption due diligence process and participate in project planning and execution via steering committee participation
- Lead third party due diligence training efforts to ensure awareness of the formalized anti-corruption.
