Operate as a high-performing individual contributor demonstrating subject matter expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Required to spend 80-100% of the time on projects/production. Up to 20% of the time can be utilized for training/upskilling of the team and account management responsibilities, if there is a business need.
· Demonstrate mastery of Deloitte Brand Identity standards and Deloitte Brand templates.
· Demonstrate the ability to provide design consultation.
· Demonstrate the ability to develop creative concepts aligned to a customer brief and present to customer(s).
· Demonstrate the ability to lead a small team of designers and oversee complex projects, when required.
· Manage and deliver design solutions through all phases of development.
· Demonstrate knowledge of advanced level design file setup and management.
· Demonstrate strong customer service skills and effectively interact with customers across geographies; understand the scope and purpose of the customers’ requirements; and provide design solutions.
· Follow directions, manage multiple tasks, work with information/data from multiple sources, meet deadlines, and respond to urgent requests in a positive manner.
· Demonstrate proactive and smart communication skills across channels, written and verbal.
· Produce highly creative graphic designs within an internal process-driven system, meeting client expectations for
Agencies, or a Studio will be a plus. (Portfolio is mandatory and should include samples of presentation design, print collaterals, marketing materials, and other design pieces that reflect capabilities.)
