Your Role and Responsibilities

You will be focused on building the reports and dashboards that are shared with senior leaders to understand and analyze the effectiveness of Sales Enablement programs. This includes learning, skills, productivity, and much more. You will collaborate with members from multiple teams within and outside of enablement.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Professional experience in a Data Science focused role
• Demonstrated high level of hands-on technical ability in the Data Science field
• Ability to seamlessly collect, connect, organize, and analyze data from various sources
• Deep visualization skills and ability to creatively display data in a visually appealing way that is simple to understand
• Demonstrated experience in leveraging and implementing Design Thinking and Agile Methods to gather requirements and track outcomes

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• High level of business acumen – ability to quickly understand problems and needs of the organization
• Ability to continuously improve the operational way we engage with cross functional teams throughout the organization to gather and implement reporting requirements
• Deep technical and hands on skills with IBM offering suites Cloud Pak for Data, Cognos, and the watsonx platform
