Job functions
· Be the centre of the operational excellence initiative in Global and coordinate all elements of the same
· Create the Opex framework and spearhead the progress of the various programs under the framework
· Coordinate with leaders to ensure timely delivery of all actionable from each service area
· Timely escalation of ‘at risk’ deliverables
· Effective reporting of all deliverables, progress and gaps
· Partner with change mgmt. leader and assist in driving the change mgmt. agenda across Global
· Work closely with L&D team to operationalize the training and certification initiatives
· Set up applicable governance meetings, capture action items and follow them to closure
· Provide strategic direction to make the Opex initiatives successful
· Be the custodian for all relevant Opex collaterals and produce them timely whenever required
· Perform analysis on survey results and suggest ways of improvement
· This is not a team leading role and the selected resource will need to work with SPOCs from service line to deliver on the Opex agenda
Annual assessment
· Successful and timely delivery of roadmap agenda and identified projects
· Positive feedback from all stakeholders
· Timely publishing of applicable reports
Qualifications
· At least 10 years of overall experience of which 5 years should be in program management or similar roles
· Bachelors degree or equivalent
· PMP and/or CAPM certification will be highly preferred
· Should have the ability to manage large initiatives/programs across multiple functions/service lines
· Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile and Design thinking principles will be an advantage
· Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills
· Needs to be an excellent team player and ability to collaborate with all levels of stakeholders will be highly preferred
· Able to build broad and deep relationships across a diverse network, using a flexible influencing style to gain buy-in and drive impact.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel/PowerPoint
