Job Description

  •  Supports the TA department in numerous candidate and internal HR/team activities and may participate in special projects.
  • Documents all candidate facing activity for clear visibility on candidate’s status.
  • Serves as subject matter expert on steps in the candidate funnel and pre-employment screening process. Technology/Process
  • Uses WorkDay (applicant tracking system) to move candidates through the process.
  • Responsible for understanding and incorporating policies and procedures.
  • Ensures adherence to OFCCP compliant hiring practices.
  • Partners with recruiters, senior recruiters, and managers to facilitate hiring in respective markets, areas and regions.
  • Knowledgeable about media. Leads/Job Posting and Sourcing
  • Sources candidates on job boards and leverages existing tools.
  • Aids in sourcing candidates through resume databases and networking.
  • Screened resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Assists in lead follow up in Phenom CRM to ensure leveraging paid media to convert leads to hires. Candidate Communications
  • Serves as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provides timely feedback to candidates on application status.
  • Ensures positive candidate experience by being responsive and helpful.
  • Maintains and updates the ATS with current candidate information.
  • Tracks candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline. What are we looking for?
  • High school diploma required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years related experience.
  • Must possess organizational skills, be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Process orientation and outstanding customer service skills.
  • Requires intermediate to expert computer skills - particularly Word and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of WorkDay or a similar Applicant Tracking System is required.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
  • Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
  • The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
  • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads
  • Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
  • The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
  • Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams
  • Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
