Roles and responsibilities
· Demonstrate strong understanding of marketing roles in a professional services firm—marketing communications, campaigns, operations, and effectiveness
· Partner with the US-based CMOs and Strategic Marketers and the business to translate business and industry goals into marketing goals
· Owns, develops, and drives campaigns, and makes recommendations based on market and competitor assessment and learnings from historical campaign performance; strategizes issue-focused campaigns, builds marketing plans, and recommends strategic investments that can help achieve business goals
· Manages all aspects of campaign/activation execution in line with business objectives—including defining activation goals, developing activation plans, and deploying campaigns and activations
· Defines KPIs and benchmarks to measure campaign performance in agreement with the business’ priorities; leads campaign performance discussions with marketing and business stakeholders
· Works with thought leaders and offers ideas for content development; recommends ways to optimize content based on channels and target audience
· Optimizes processes and drives efficiencies; helps in managing marketing budgets for a business or a region
· Ensure the team is operationally compliant in terms of learning, utilization, well-being, and other firm guidelines
· Manages the team’s performance, including goal setting, feedback collation and delivery, career progression of team members, and participates in performance reviews
Qualifications and experience required:
· 13-16 years of experience in marketing, with strong understanding of integrated marketing and communication strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results
· Strong knowledge of digital marketing, channel strategy, social media promotion and measuring ROI
· Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management capabilities
· Strong client servicing, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to adapt to business changes and lead transformational growth imperatives for the firm
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Advanced Microsoft Office skills (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Teams, Project Management software); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts
· Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce.com or Analytical tools such as PowerBI or Tableau is a plus
· Knowledge of latest business trends such as Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) programs, Climate Change, Sustainability, Cyber, Cloud, etc., would be a plus
· Master’s degree ideally with a focus in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field
