About the Role
You are expected to:
- Develop a strong understanding of our business environment and engage
business teams to understand their pain-points related to internal processes
- Use innovative techniques for problem solving and work with relevant
stakeholders to develop solutions
- Drive implementation with desired outcomes and behavioral change
- Support or independently lead initiatives such as:
o Design and deploy next generation productivity tools to drive process
automation and efficiency across customer lifecycle (e.g. CRM, Contract
automation, etc.)
o Develop on-demand and actionable data intelligence suite to support
strategic decisioning across sales performance management, customer
engagement etc.
o Mine better quality data insights for a variety of use-cases e.g. revenue
forecasting, product profitability analysis, engagement value quantification
etc.
All about you
- Experience as a team member in driving digital transformation and/or data
intensive initiatives, preferably in consulting / B2B services organizations
- 4-7 years of experience, with an undergraduate or master's degree
- Strong project management, stakeholder management and communication
skills
- Exposure to any of these domains is preferred though not essential – B2B
Sales processes, Sales productivity tools (e.g. Salesforce); Data visualization
and reporting platforms (e.g. Tableau) etc.
