Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s / PhD degree in Computer Science, Analytics/Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field, or a Bachelor’s degree in a similar field with relevant practical experience
  • Strong skills in a data science/analytics role with a proven track record of success
  • Experience in hypothesis testing and A/b test analytics.
  • Expertise in working with large data sets using SQL/Spark SQL
  • Hands-on experience working with Cloud Platform e.g. Databricks. Ability to create DAG’s and run data pipelines in Cloud.
  • Expertise in developing sophisticated reports/dashboards using Tableau & Power BI .Adobe Analytics experience is plus.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to stitch and QA multiple data sources.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize large scale data sets to generate a clear story and impactful insights
  • A curious mind, passion, and motivation to learn new skills, tools, and analytics techniques critical to tackle business challenges.
  • Open to work across US timezones (primarily PST).
  • Ability to communicate business insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work across North American time zones, most importantly Pacific Time (PST/PDT).

The Opportunity:-

 As a data scientist within the Growth Org and Engagement organization, you will be a core part of the data science and analytics team, driving analytics-based insights that enable engaging experiences for our B2B users.

  • We’re looking for a candidate who is passionate about deriving impactful customer insights from large datasets, through descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics techniques.
  • The ideal candidate will have a combination of strong analytical and technical skills, along with the ability to work with multi-functional teams, and the curiosity and ability to influence data-driven decision making by key partners.


Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Drive analytics for user revenue growth programs and A/b tests through analyzing results and communicating insights.
  • Partner with product managers to understand product/customer behavior and features, and use insights generated to make recommendations to improve customer experience and engagement.
  • Be a specialist of stitching and calibrating sparse and noisy data across various data sources.
  • Support regular ad-hoc data and analysis needs to better understand customer behavior.
  • Build reporting frameworks / resources that enable partners to self-serve information.
  • Partner with teams including product analytics, Go-To-Market and Campaign.
