The Day to Day:

• Front-end and Back-end Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, enhance, and maintain front-end and back-end systems, ensuring seamless integration and smooth functionality.
• Web UI Development: Create intuitive and visually appealing web user interfaces using HTML, CSS, REACT, and JavaScript, making sure the user experience is top-notch.
• Integration Solutions: Work on REST APIs to connect data sources with Fiserv core banking systems, enabling efficient data transfer and system interoperability.
• IT Solution Design: Participate in the design phase of IT solutions, offering valuable insights and expertise to align them with business objectives and corporate strategies.
• Complexity Analysis: Tackle complex and unusual tasks with minimal supervision, employing advanced analysis and problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions.
• Follows proper change management procedures.
• Responds in a timely fashion to end users’ needs and support tickets.
• Diagnoses and resolves user technical problems, involving Business Support as needed.
• Serves as an advocate for Service Credit Union members and employees, particularly with respect to supporting staff in the delivery of the member experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned, when needed.
