Job Description

  • Lead tasks contributing to the Enterprise Data & Analytics roadmap.
  • Prepare informative project abstracts, gathering functional/non-functional requirements, creating detailed functional specifications, & building insightful, accurate, and actionable Power BI reports and other analytics solutions that deliver significant business value.
  • Work collectively within guidelines and policies to positively impact activities within the team.
  • Ensure accurate measures and visualizations streamline insights for better decision-making processes.
  • Support projects through design, build, test, and deployment phases as an experienced analyst.
  • Partner with stakeholders and their teams across Merch, Planning and Product Design to better understand business processes and surface problem statements and actionable feedback related to data & analytics.
  • Collaborate effectively with a team comprised of analysts, Power BI developers, data scientists, data engineers and BI managers.
  • Seeks to understand complex end-to-end data flows with the goal of identifying critical data dependencies for successful delivery management.
  • Oversee testing of new data developments by partnering with teams across functions.
  • Effective tester that leverages strong problem-solving skills and performs analysis across multiple information sources.
  • Provide guidance and support as part of the Crocs Power BI Subject Matter Expert group.
  • Provide general analytics support for Enterprise Data & Analytics end users across the organization.
  • Ability to explain moderately complex information in a straightforward manner.
  • Consistently self-educate on analytics platforms' latest features and capabilities (Power BI, Snowflake, Power Automate, etc.).
  • Assist in developing standards and best practices for data analysis, modeling, and queries.
  • Partner with our data governance team to solve data-related issues and communicate resolutions with other solution domains.
  • Ensure our work promotes and aligns with data governance policies and procedure

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, data analytics, equivalent degree or experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years in a Business Intelligence or Operations reporting type capacity
  • Experience with self-service analytics and reporting tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  • Understanding and/or experience in Snowflake or other similar cloud data warehouse & data lake solution 
  • Proven ability to analyze, test, and normalize data. 
  • Solid Understanding of how data driven organizations leverage data in their day-to-day operations
  • Ability to quickly absorb new business processes and seek to understand cross functional dependencies
  • Passion for Business Intelligence & Data Analysis
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills; focus on practical delivery
  • Understanding of structured and unstructured database management
  • Passion for change 
  • Proficiency and passion for data visualization design and build 
  • Solid meeting facilitation skills 
  • Strong Ability to pay attention to detail 
  • Experience working within an agile methodology (i.e. Kanban, scrum, etc.) a plus 
  • Power BI certification, DAX, UX experience is a plus
  • Strong Power BI experience
  • Snowflake Experience
  • SAP Experience
  • Experience supporting data and analytics for Merchandising and/or Planning teams

Salary or Pay Range: $100,000 - $110,000  

Workplace Persona: Connector  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

 

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
