Job Description
- Establish the project baseline by defining project plans and securing resources
- Drive project execution by monitoring and reporting on project activities, perform change management and address conflicts or issues
- Handle customer and partner engagement by managing relationships, building confidence and trust, and ensuring accurate reporting and governance.
- Manage and accurately report project financials, maintain Global KPIs and Quality Checks within an acceptable level
- Identify process simplification and optimization through the introduction of innovative and creative ideas
- Exhibit high-energy and results oriented approach to efficiently manage multiple activities within a fast-paced, high-volume team environment
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to integrity, respect, professionalism, positive demeanor and a determined approach when managing challenging situations under pressure
- Ability to effectively collaborate with individuals across all levels of the organization
- Willingness to work together with teams from various departments and functions in order to achieve common goals
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, information technology, engineering, business administration or management (Master’s degree is a plus)
- 1-3 Years’ experience in project delivery related roles
- CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master or any other industrywide certification is a plus
