Key Responsibilities:

• Generate cost estimates and proposals in a timely manner.
• Perform quantification of equipment and device counts from bid documents.
• Interpret sequence of operations and specifications for point count, materials, and labor.
• Develop system network riser diagrams, Bill of Material (BOM), and Scope of Work (SOW).
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and operations teams.
• Collaborate with a remote team across different time zones.
• Utilize company tools for design, bid, and quote processes.
• Maintain thorough documentation of work performed.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS) components.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and mechanical systems.
• Ability to interpret bid specifications and identify automation needs.
• Experience with estimating/quoting systems is desirable.
• Understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Proficiency in English; fluency in French (for those supporting Quebec) is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
