Job Description:

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Proficiency in gathering requirements, documentation, and creating mockups.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills along with a solid technical background.
• Mobile and Web Applications: Understanding of mobile and web application development.
• Project Management: Experience in project management, documentation (flowcharts, SRS, BRD, FRD, DFD, use cases).
• Client Handling: Ability to effectively handle client interactions.
• Documentation Tools: Proficiency in writing software requirements specifications using tools like Visio, Balsamiq, MS Project, etc.
• Understanding Business Needs: Analyzing and understanding business requirements.
• Risk Management: Proficiency in risk analysis and management.
• Gap Analysis: Ability to conduct gap analysis and outline requirements.
• Sprint Planning & Execution: Responsible for sprint planning and execution.
• Technological Exposure: Exposure to web and app technologies such as MEAN, PHP, iOS, React Native, Android, Blockchain, Sales Force and Flutter would be advantageous.
• Blockchain Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals and experience working on blockchain projects.
