Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Finance Business Development Sales Account Manager with a background in working capital and asset financing to join our sales captive team. As a key player in Siemens Financial Services Commercial Finance Americas, you will lead the execution of sales targets and activities, providing tailored financing solutions to Siemens customers and partners. You will report to Head of Sales Captive.

This position will be a remote position with a preference of location in the Eastern time zone but will consider all qualified candidates regardless of their location within the United States.

Responsibilities are:

  • Business Development:
    • Proactively identify, originate, and cultivate new business opportunities.
    • Execute on assigned volume and profitability targets through value-based selling.
    • Increase finance penetration within Siemens Digital Industries markets.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Develop positive relationships with Siemens sales teams.
    • Integrate seamlessly into their go-to-market offering and sales process.
  • Market Understanding:
    • Understand Siemens Digital Industries business and go-to-market strategy.
    • Integrate Siemens Financial Services (SFS) value proposition to accelerate Siemens industrial sales.
  • Value Creation:
    • Build value for Siemens and customers/distribution partners with a growth mindset.
    • Ensure that SFS achieves its financial objectives.
  • Networking:
    • Prepare customer contacts and maintain a customer-focused network.
    • Develop expertise in both customer and industry/vertical markets systematically.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of consistent record in achieving sales and profitability targets, through value-based and solution selling techniques.
  • Skills:
    • Value-based and solution selling techniques.
    • Strong teammate with teamwork skills.
    • High degree of ownership and accountability.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills.
    • Growth mindset, can-do attitude, and winning mentality.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced setting.
    • Proficient in structuring standard and sophisticated financial offerings.
    • Ability to travel up to 30% domestically.
    • Functional knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or closely related field
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or closely related field

  • The pay range for this position is $88,300 - $151,400 along with an incentive bonus structure. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
