What You’ll Do
- As a Solution Consultant, you are a member of the Adobe Sales organization and the primary technical resource for the Digital Media sales team
- You are responsible for actively driving and leading the technology part of the sales lifecycle, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and advocate for our solutions
- Maximize the benefit for our clients by pointing out the value of Adobe and the Adobe Creative Cloud & Document Cloud
- As the client's trusted advisor, your primary responsibility is to understand the client's business needs, business objectives and organizational structure, and translate this into specific solutions and reliable business cases that help the client pursue and achieve its financial goals
- The Solution Consultant should be able to articulate technology and solution positioning to creative, business and technical users
- Answer business and technical questions during the sales process through documentation, presentations, and demonstrations
- Identify all technical challenges of assigned customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction at all stages of the sales and customer success process
- Establish and maintain positive relationships throughout the sales cycle and to some extent beyond
- Conduct customer workshops, workflow assessments, and demonstrations of our Digital Media solutions and the business benefits they bring to our customer as well as public speaking engagements at events and conferences
What You Need To Succeed
- A good understanding of design workflows and trends and how they impact different verticals
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and conversational skills
- Experience in building and presenting business cases and value propositions for organizations
- Familiarity with SaaS-based technologies and cloud solutions and their impact on the ability of how internal and external stakeholder work together
- The ability to identify customers' critical business problems and develop appropriate solutions that add value for the customer
- Experience and a track record of success in a technical pre-sales or client advisory environment
- Experience in at least one functional area of design like Web Design, Experience Design, etc.
- Experience and understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud or at the least Adobe XD
- Familiar with concepts involving API, Web-services, SOA, Application servers, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Fluent in English, written and spoken at the business level
- Ability to communicate convincingly at “C” level along with solution selling skills
- Ability to translate client requirements into Adobe’s Solutions
- Must be self-managed, responsive, and have a customer-centric mindset
- Willingness to travel throughout India
