Job Description
As a Production Designer, you will collaborate closely with the creative team to use your technical skills to produce on brand elements for various digital marketing assets. You’ll work within various templates and keep files organized and current within the existing system and ensure all marketing projects adhere to J.P. Morgan brand guidelines as well as rigorous production controls.
Work with marketing managers, designers, and copywriters to produce final designs following established production procedures meeting all requirements with precision. Prepare, revise, and update marketing materials, such as web pages, white papers, eBooks, and infographics to assist the design team and execute the design across all digital channels.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and update digital files according to specifications. Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points. Manage various templates and keep files organized and up to date within the existing system
- Translate existing creative into multiple versions and resolve any artwork questions that arise during production
- Ensure all files meet production specs and assets are delivered with 100% accuracy to web development team. Lead creating/managing Jira tickets for production of web pages
- Build template-based web pages per stakeholder requirements
- Ensure optimal UI experience and update existing webpages for better web experience
- Complete projects within designated timelines in accordance with business objectives
- Apply ADA (American Disabilities Act) best practices to all graphics as required
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Digital portfolio that demonstrates a collection of creative work showcasing creativity and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully, quality control is key
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- A curious, open-minded, consumer-centered, and experimental approach to design
- Positive attitude that inspires and motivates collaboration
- Self-starter that enables both independent working and team collaboration
- Consistent desire to learn and to adapt to ever evolving market and consumer needs
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Expert working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and Figma. Working knowledge of HTML and AEM, Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of graphic design production experience
- Ability to work in strictly windows operating system environment
- Availability to work US/EMEA shift timings
