Work you’ll do
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of marketing roles in a professional services firm—marketing communications, campaigns, and effectiveness
- Partner with the internal stakeholders and leadership to translate business and industry goals into marketing goals
- Help in planning and designing impactful marketing campaigns. Create or curate compelling content for multiple channels
- Engage with the stakeholders on campaign execution and help in the timely and seamless delivery of campaigns
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other design teams to develop compelling marketing assets, sales enablement toolkits, and creatives that are brand compliant
- Analyze and present campaign performance data in intuitive graphical formats and interesting frameworks to develop campaign impact reports for leaders and the practice
- Help define or revisit campaign KPIs based on industry benchmarks and past campaign performance, adopt innovative approaches and new tools
- Liaise with colleagues from Deloitte offices spread across the globe and stakeholders to understand, refine, and manage project expectations and priorities.
Core Skills Required
Domain knowledge:
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing and communication strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results
- Thorough knowledge of content management systems, digital marketing, channel strategy, keyword research, search engine optimization and search engine marketing tools
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Teams); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts
- Capability of identifying target audience, preferences, and developing content strategy to engage audience
- Knowledge of visualization and analytical tools such as PowerBI or Tableau is a plus
Research and visualization skills
- Ability to clearly understand the project objectives through effective listening, comprehension, and probing skills
- Good knowledge of social media research tools, databases, monitoring tools, and public sources of information
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr/Meltwater/Net Base Quid or any other social media management tool
- Ability to validate/triangulate sources for relevancy and accuracy
- Experience in processing information in compelling visualization within logical structure is preferred skill
Business writing
- Exceptional business writing skills—narrative, appealing, succinct. Should be able to convey complex ideas in a compelling and easier way through writing
- Strong storyboarding skills are preferred.
- Articulate ideas and point of views in a confident and effective manner in client calls during all stages of the project lifecycle
- Communication should reflect logical thinking and consultative approach
