Description And Requirements
Are you a motivated and ambitious individual looking to gain hands-on experience in the ThinkEdge Business Unit on learning about being a ThinkEdge Product Manager who own end-to-end worldwide P&L and product management? In this role, you will join an established team that has been experiencing fast growth and creating opportunities. The role will be accountable for delivering the most comprehensive, competitive, and innovative edge computing products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and incorporating industry innovations and analyze the competitive landscape for smart edge clients’ product line.
- Manages multiple ThinkEdge client products through life cycle from product concept to product EOL, including life cycle, cost reduction, competitiveness, etc.
- Manage customer requirements and enable new products through technology overview, product positioning statement, sales training materials, feature and function benefit summaries, FAQs, etc.
- Creates product training and product promotion document, conduct tactical competitive analysis and critical situation management.
- Drive and manage cross function team in terms of operational activities associated with the introduction of a new product worldwide, and Factory Product Readiness, ensure operations achieves Ready to Ship Release and transitions into production/sustaining.
- Build and maintain overall products dashboard in terms of requirements, release status, shipment, and other actions and continuous improvement.
- Thinks and act strategically, anticipates future trends, and develop product visions.
- Challenges existing processes to ensure the best solution for Lenovo and the customers.
- Autonomously work across regions and functions to achieve results with minimal supervision.
Basic Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or Technical/Engineering field.
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
