What You Will Do

• Design and Develop: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-quality software solutions using Java and related technologies.
• Problem Solving: Apply your strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
• Architecture and Scalability: Contribute to the architecture and scalability of our software systems, ensuring they meet current and future business needs.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance: Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring our applications meet high-performance standards.
• Containerization: Utilize containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes to build scalable and maintainable applications.
• Cloud Expertise: Leverage your expertise in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure etc.) to design and implement cloud-native solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain clear and concise technical documentation for software design, code, and processes.
• Mentoring: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

What You Need To Succeed

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks.
• Proficiency in data structures and algorithms, with the ability to implement efficient and optimized code.
• Experience with NoSQL databases and distributed caching solutions.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure.).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, Monitoring and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
