Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives
- Lead the HR team and oversee all HR functions at the site
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs
- Partner with site leadership to support organizational development and change management
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Collaborate with corporate HR to ensure consistency and alignment with company policies
- Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters to employees and managers
