Technical sales support for Gas Based Fire Suppression solutions
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and stake holders in Gas Suppression & HP Watermist system design and tender preparation.
- Project design for Gas Suppression system for Inert and HP Watermist systems.
- Pre-Sales to Review of Technical requirements & Assist Preparation of Technical offers with design optimization.
- Installation & Commissioning support to partners
- Troubleshooting for partners and support for integration of GRP / FACP with Suppression systems.
- Partner Orientation trainings for Product and Technical Certification trainings (Basic to Advanced Levels).
- Product Queries/ Design Support (Online /Offline)/Technical Queries/ RMA (warranty) & Service Request
- Knowledge sharing sessions for with sales teams and partners to develop technical competency.
- Technical Advisory, Competition benchmarking, industry best practices to be updated - Knowledge of gas flow calculation software will be added advantage.
Education: B.Tech preferred
Experience 4-5 years, 2 years plus in the field of Gas Suppression & Watermist System / Fire Fighting System involving HVWS / MVWS.
