Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Graphic Designers with a deep
understanding of design fundamentals and digital media applications.
The ideal candidate should be skilled in communication design,
visual design, motion graphics, and e-learning while staying updated
with industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop icons, illustrations, infographics, character designs, and content visualizations for client requirements
- Create engaging motion graphics and video presentations with various design tools.
- Apply principles of design, typography, and color theory to create compelling visuals.
- Adapt designs across different media formats and social media.
- Collaborate with teams to present and communicate design concepts effectively.
- Stay updated with design trends, online creative communities, and social media platforms.
- Work with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), MS PowerPoint, and Word.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of visual design principles and digital media applications.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design software.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills from a design perspective.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Able to adapt and align to Gen AI tools
- Additional Knowledge of game design, animation, video/audio editing, 3D, or Virtual Reality (VR) is a plus.
Eligibility criteria
- Graduates from 2024 and 2025 batch with a four-year degree in Design such as Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) , Master of Fine Arts (MFA) , Bachelor of Design (B.Des) , Master of Design (M.Des) , Bachelor of Visual Arts (BVA) , Master of Visual Arts (MVA) , Viscom (4-years) , Mass Communication (4-years) , MA , MSc from streams like Computer Graphics / Multimedia / Animation are invited to apply.
- Applicants must have a consistent academic record with a minimum of 50% in X, XII, Diploma, UG, and PG (rounding off 49.9% is not permitted), with no standing arrears.
- At the time of joining, all recruits must have a minimum aggregate of 50% in their current degree with no standing arrears.
- Appropriate CGPA to % conversion to be considered as per university norms.
- Applicants who have applied for re-evaluation and are awaiting results will be assessed based on the initially declared scores.
- Flexibility to work from any Cognizant office location in given shift timing and technology is mandatory.
- This opportunity is open to Indian nationals/OCIs currently residing in India.
