§ This role will be client-facing with the Audit Practice and the following foundational stakeholder management skills are critical to being successful:
Work you’ll do:
§ Strong project management skills: being able to create, update a project plan and understand what is critical path
§ Ability to understand and execute on stakeholder management, knowing what is important to what stakeholder and how to deliver appropriate messages effectively
§ Basis understanding of instructional design,
§ Strong communication skills with stakeholders, US team members, and other cross functional team members
§ Ability to be available in different time zones
§ Ability to track details and supporting learning management systems and other supporting learning systems
§ Ability to drive work to completion on time and on budget
§ Escalating issues and concerns in a timely and appropriate way
§ Liaise with other COEs, Business Advisors and Core Talent Services (CTS), as appropriate
§ Assist with the design, development, pilot, and delivery of assigned programs. Activities may include:
§ Team with program managers to conduct research for learning programs and support content updates as needed
§ Effectively communicate program design strategy, program status, and issues with stakeholders at all levels as appropriate; Resolve escalated issues / inquiries
§ Demonstrate initiative in gathering feedback and data from practitioners, improving learning and development programs, and constantly moving learning to the next level
§ Build effective relationships with key stakeholders, in the business, Talent, and National Learning and Talent Development to:
Qualifications:
§ Bachelor’s Degree; Minimum 4-5 years of related experience
§ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
§ Strong strategic-thinking skills with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices
§ Consultative approach toward clients
§ Sound leadership skills
§ Proficient Microsoft Office
