Job Description
Client Relationship & Communication:
- Liaises with client partners to discuss project execution with support from supervisor
- Attends and engaged in client meetings and participates as appropriate
- Prepares concise and accurate status and contact reports, outlining decisions, next steps, key dates, and deliverables.
- Engages with clients on tactical initiatives with support from manager
- Develops and maintains positive professional relationships with internal agency members
- Has the trust and confidence of day-to-day Clients for specific tasks (process, content feedback, estimates, etc.)
- Able to manage up appropriately with the right amount of information
Project Management & Execution
- Responsible for ensuring that the account is organized and efficient.
- Runs tactical projects with supervision.
- Execution of Work: Consults with PM to meet deliverable deadlines.
- Aligns day-to-day project tasks with timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Assists with reviewing projects for consistency with creative brief, client direction and feedback on the immediate or adjacent projects.
- Provide prompt, well-thought-out responses to project requests and follow-up questions. Manage expectations and effectively communicate updates.
- Supports account team from creative brief development through final output.
- Understands and operates within established client and agency processes.
- Participates in the written tactical plan development as opportunities arise.
- Responsible for MLR submissions with internal/external MLR team, and able to help organize MLR feedback for the team.
Financial Management
- Works very closely with PM and finance group.
- Partners with PM to meet financial deliverable dates for estimates, invoices, and budgets.
- Attends and participates in regular meetings with finance and PM.
Internal Collaboration & Agency Operations
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Supports cross-functional team by managing client projects as appropriate.
- Agency Operations: Understands agency process, knows how the agency works, and how jobs flow through the agency.
- Establishes strong collaborative relationships with team members.
- Collaborates with cross-functional team daily to improve efficiency in status meetings.
- Owns and generates internal trackers and client reports with oversight.

What You’ll Need
- 1+ years advertising agency experience
- Excellent communication and written skills both internal and external
- Able to write succinct emails with clear direction and next steps
- Ability to work autonomously with support as needed
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to successfully multi-task
- Excellent financial skills (budgeting, estimating/tracking)
- Successful track record managing client assignments
- Working knowledge of agency functional areas
- Strong oral and written communication skills
