Job Description
What you'll Do
- Collaborate with the Business users to elicit business requirements pertaining to Applications and Business Reporting, Dashboards, Ad-hoc analysis etc.
- System integration of heterogeneous data sources and working on technologies used in the design, development, testing, deployment, and operations of DW & BI solutions
- Create technical documents, architecture designs and data flow diagrams
- Help to deliver scalable solutions on the MSBI platforms
- Implement source code versioning, standard methodology and processes for ensuring data and code quality
- Collaborate with business partners, application developers and the technical team.
What you need to succeed
At least 3 years of experience in SSIS, SSAS, Data Warehousing, Data Analysis, and Business Intelligence
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Data Warehousing tools and technologies, including databases, SSIS, and SSAS.
- In-depth understanding of Data Warehousing principles, Business Intelligence methodologies, and Dimensional Modeling techniques.
- Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes
- Building and optimizing databases, OLAP schemas, and public objects (Attributes, Facts, Metrics, etc.)
- Strong expertise in Performance tuning and query optimization for high-efficiency operations
- Familiar with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
- Familiar with Python or PySpark and Databricks
- (Optional) Experience in creating interactive dashboards using Power BI
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Quick learner with the ability to understand diverse business domains and performance indicators
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical discipline.
