  • Collaborate with Talent Business Advisors and Business Leaders to align Talent strategies with business goals.  
  • Analyze workforce data and key metrics to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.  
  • Support the development and implementation of adaptive Talent strategies informed by market trends and industry benchmarks.  
  • Evaluate and enhance Talent programs and processes under the guidance of Talent Business Advisors.  
  • Identify organizational trends, anticipate challenges, and propose innovative Talent solutions.  
  • Develop customized reports and insights from various data sources to support Talent decision-making.  
  • Research and share industry best practices to elevate Talent management approaches.  
  • Assist Talent Business Advisors in crafting action plans and launching new initiatives.  
  • Monitor growth metrics, attrition rates, and hiring trends to forecast future business needs.  
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of Talent policies with business objectives.  
  • Support the rollout of new Talent-related technologies and processes and demonstrate the ability to work with Talent tools.  
  • Contribute to process improvement projects to enhance Talent management efficiency.
