Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, the Analyst will be responsible for Global Product Sky financials in direct support of the Global Device Organization, Connected Living Organization, and Global Platform Management organizations.
- This person will assist in the operational and financial support for the Global Product Organization with goals to improve operational performance, implement efficient solutions, monitor and measure existing processes and implement changes where necessary.
- Develop and implement labor strategy with employees, contractors, onshore/offshore team members
- Aid in establishing and executing the goals of the team and the Global Product Organization.
- Exposure to stakeholders at all levels of the organization and requires cross-team collaboration, consistent communication, and support in areas such as procurement, legal and HR.
What You’ll Do
- Drive business operations function in areas of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, procurement/payment for $500M budget
- Active partner in the community of practice; lead process automation and efficiency practices, allowing our teams to do their best work
- Provide regular analysis/presentation to client groups/leadership, identify risks/opportunities and drive resolution to challenges
- Partner with finance to manage the full scope of our financial portfolio and ensuring data is appropriately brought together between Comcast and Sky. Support strategic portfolio and product/feature evaluation
- Reviews monthly financial statements and conducts variance analyses, as required.
- Have expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, while innovating by learning new tools and processes that could be implemented to drive more efficient solutions
