• Understands the overall UX design process, Business stakeholder vision and general software development / platform specific principles in both CX and EX contexts
• Assists in problem framing and requirements gathering methodologies and supports as directed
• Designs low fidelity to high fidelity UI designs and prototypes (Sketches, wireframes, fully interactive mocks) for web applications, mobile devices (web, native, hybrid etc.), or any other form factors for best-in-class digital experience
• Designs proof of concepts in mixed-fidelity in tandem with user-interface visual designers to be used in presales efforts and ideation stages
• Helps in creating research artifacts e.g. Analysis summaries and ideation strategies needed for workshops as directed
• Understands the significance of and contributes to shaping experience strategy, follows the same in conjunction with best practices as directed
• Assists or supports in conducting usability testing or other exploratory / evaluative user research methods as directed
• Able to Perform experience audits / usability analysis e.g. Immersive studies, heuristic assessments
• Foundational understanding of modern emerging experiences based on Generative AI and immersive design is a plus
