Basic qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years professional experience in related field (advertising, marketing creative, or graphic design) with proven agency and/or in-house experience.
  • A well-rounded portfolio of brand, campaign, and design work. Please include portfolio link or PDF with your submission.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and experience working in Figma. Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Word and HTML 5 is a plus.
  • Ability to create content for digital/web, social, print media. Motion is a plus.
  • Ability to manage, prioritize, and lead multiple concurrent projects while adapting to change in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to confidently present ideas to business stakeholders, be receptive of feedback, and quickly apply changes.
  • Ability to communicate and express ideas clearly and comfortably in both written and spoken North American English.
  • Ability to create compelling visuals that connect and drive positive impacts to meet business goals.
