Job responsibilities
- Partner with cross functional teams and business stakeholders to convert business requirements to wireframes/design.
- Act as the cross-functional project lead, provide insight and understanding to non-programmatic teams
- Manage the work and priorities for a team of business-aligned attraction experts
- Monitor trends and develop key relationships to advise on the use of new approaches, technologies, channels, etc. based on business priorities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experienced in conversion of data into information.
- Mandatory 6+ years of experience in SQL & Tableau and 5+ years of experience in Python automation for data transformation and process automation using libraries like pandas, numpy, email, internet data handling, matplotlib, etc,
- Experience in working with multiple data sources and handling large volumes of data.
- Builds lasting relationships and maintains strong levels of stakeholder management and confident liaising with colleagues across all levels and geographies and working in partnership to achieve goals
- Scope, prioritize and co-ordinate activities with the product owners and ensures effective workload prioritization
- Resilient and innovative in challenging situations
- Demonstrates problem-solving mindset by challenging the status quo and influences others to focus on solutions and agile improvements by sharing experiences and knowledge with the team
