Job Description
Working closely with the Head of Operational Excellence to identify the future needs of the business unit with respect to the digital infrastructure landscape especially in Project Management.- Developing and implementing the business digital system and process roadmap.
- Design and develop strategic plans, programs and measures on business level, and align with related strategies and plans, in support of the senior management team.
- Implementing and supporting a robust change management process
- Develop specific strategic investment plans into cases and where required Capital Approval submissions
- Act as a trusted advisor for Senior Leadership Team, in all strategic digital aspects, in order to identify and follow up on future business opportunities.
- Ensure development of business plans and effective controlling of the target setting processes, critical metrics, and quarterly reviews.
- Promote continuous improvement
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in an operational role, preferably in grid technologies.
- Proven understanding of lean methodologies and operational excellence principles.
- Excellent change management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate operational processes are being used.
- A strategic problem solver with a hands-on approach.

- Affinity and first experience with low-code tools and programming languages desirable (Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI)
