Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Monitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
• Utilize Orchestration skills to automate and streamline project processes improving efficiency and productivity.
• Apply Python programming skills to develop and maintain project-related tools and applications.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement encouraging team members to identify and implement process enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to the companys overall success by delivering high-quality projects that meet or exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in project management with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Demonstrate expertise in CE-Project Management with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive project plans.
• Have experience as a Scrum Master with a deep understanding of agile methodologies and practices.
• Show proficiency in Orchestration with the ability to automate and optimize project processes.
• Be skilled in Python programming with the ability to develop and maintain project-related tools and applications.
• Experience in Research and Development is a plus with the ability to apply domain knowledge to project management.
• Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate project teams.
• Be detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to identify and address project issues and risks.
