Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Plan & execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels - Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Programmatic, etc.
  • Client servicing & relationship management to improve client retention
  • Understanding of the ecosystem - Attribution, Tracking, and tuning various End-to-End Funnel Metrics & Real-Time ROI measurements right from Traffic Metrics to conversion funnels.
  • Coordinate with the internal analytics, product & other teams for timely execution of various digital marketing tasks and initiatives.
  • Responsible for campaign management - planning, monitoring, optimization & reporting
  • Coordinate with various clients for Swiggy and able to effectively address customer satisfaction and manage a diverse set of clients.
  • Build understanding of client’s brand, business, customers and competitive landscape and provide strategic guidance in building requisite digital marketing initiatives.
  • Optimize and Scale campaigns for maximum ROI and conversions & analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports.


Required Skill-set:

  • Self-driven and a strong bias for action, fitment in startup culture
  • Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the Paid Marketing ecosystem (especially Google & Meta), attribution models, and segmentation/personalization on external communication channels.
  • Expertise in Google, Meta, Programmatic, etc. marketing channels.
  • Experience with a B2C consumer tech/e-commerce platform, preferably in a growth or digital marketing role
