Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Pega-based solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of Pega applications ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team in Pega platform and application development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Pega process modeling and process analysis.
• Ensure the integration of Pega applications with other systems and data sources.
• Develop and maintain Pega reports to support business decision-making processes.
• Ensure the security of Pega applications by implementing best practices and security measures.
• Enhance user experience by designing intuitive and user-friendly Pega interfaces.
• Utilize Pega Mobility to enable mobile access to Pega applications.
• Implement Pega Express methodologies to streamline application development and deployment.
• Manage Pega case management processes to ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries and issues.
• Leverage PEGA Decision Hub to optimize decision-making processes within Pega applications.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Pega applications.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Pega applications to ensure they meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Pega solutions with other business processes.
• Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and best practices to continuously improve Pega solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all Pega-related activities.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in Pega Reporting Pega Platform and Pega Application Development.
• Must possess expertise in Pega Data and Integration Pega User Experience and Pega Security.
• Should have experience in Pega Process Modeling Pega Process Analysis and Pega Mobility.
• Must be proficient in Pega Express Pega Case Management and PEGA Decision Hub.
• Should have domain knowledge in Report&Close Cust Bill InqRpt and Authorize Cust Bill InvoiceAdj.
• Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Should possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Should have a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
