Oversee business performance of assigned portfolio of accounts, achieve quarterly goals, and manage performance expectations with teams.
Partner across different sales teams to align and foster winning as a team to drive long-term customer sustainability.
Provide career coaching/performance feedback, and development opportunities on a regular basis, lead by example and inspire others by doing the right thing for clients.
Ensure a healthy pipeline and work side by side with your product promoters (meet clients/shadow calls/co-pitch) coaching to grow their business and product skills.
Minimum qualifications:
11 years of experience with marketing technology, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, or consulting in a client-facing role.
Experience leading a sales team or developing sales professionals.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's in Business Administration.
Experience in pipeline management and business funnel management.
Experience leading teams with a strong focus on coaching, mentoring and leading a team to exceed growth goals.
Experience in the digital advertising industry.
Experience in change management.
Understanding of diverse cultures and comfortable working with diverse regional and global teams.
