We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Manager-Credit Service

Principal responsibilities

• Complete the Spreading of Financials and Generating CRR in line with credit and risk management guidelines / policies and Strong understanding of Company Financials.
• Maintain accuracy of data / data standards on Financial Spreads in order to ensure data integrity on Group Systems.
• Achieve and exceed relevant process targets in line with business objectives
• Acquire and update knowledge on the process, procedures and products on an ongoing basis
• Meet targets on productivity and accuracy as per the targets and metrics defined for the process.
• Instructions/requests to be correctly interpreted, understood and processed.
• Ensure that the process related procedures are implemented as per the process manuals.
• Ensure that fraud/errors/irregular transactions (if any) are identified and escalated.

Requirements

• MBA Finance /  M.Com / ICWA / CA Inter
• Sound Knowledge of Financial Accounting Concepts
• Good conversational skills to engage customer and Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with and relate to a wide range of people.
• Ability to maintain focus while working with voluminous data.
• Good understanding of the Commercial/Corporate Credit Lending Cycle
• Excellent prioritization, planning and organization skills
• Ability to derive insight from large amounts of data from diverse sources.
