ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in the implementation of strategies relating to the recruitment, development, engagement, and general HR support of employees.
Support teams and peers to align HR Initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.
Act as a consultative business partner to the assigned stakehold group by advising the of trends in HR practices, the labor market and general developments that could impact employees in the area of responsibility.
Support the compilation of talent pipelines, and support any other initiatives required to effectively recruit for your areas of responsibilities.
Support ongoing engagement of employees in the assigned stakeholder group through communication, information sharing, and knowledge management.
Actively contribute to the growth and success of the business.
Provide expert advice and coaching to employees when appropriate.
Understand and solicit employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns.
Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve HR policies and initiatives.
Identify and drive the sharing of best practices across functions and within HR to facilitate continuous improvement.
Act as a liaison between employees and HR to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs.
Identify new opportunities for HR to add value to the business.
Maintain knowledge of progressive HR practices and key trends.
Facilitate a strong leadership and coaching culture.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Significant knowledge of HR policies, processes (e.g., workforce planning and talent management), and talent management practices
Proficient with computers to include the utilization of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point and Outlook.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR management, Industrical Psychology or related field or equivalent work and/or education required
SPHR or SHRM certification preferred
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, or business partner
Demonstrated experience working as an HR Business Partner in a global organization
High School Diploma required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Primarily sitting with some walking, standing, and bending.
Able to hear and speak into a telephone.
Close visual work on a computer terminal.
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.
Able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
Position self in small spaces.
Operate computer, peripherals, and other office equipment.
Perform work during US business hours and time zones.
WORK CONDITIONS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Extensive daily usage of workstation or computer or laptop
Perform work from a remote location with stable internet connection.
Ability to travel 10% occasionally on short notice.
This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable
