Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in Compensation and Performance

The work model for the role is: - Onsite, - Hybrid

This role is contributing to the ABB Services - Compensation and Performance in Bangalore.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Managing compensation and benefits administration and assisting annual compensation, annual incentive & sales Incentive processes

Ensuring all compensation information is stored accurately in the local and global systems and managing production worker Sales incentive calculation

Ensuring appropriate service delivery for internal stakeholders and ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of information with all stakeholders

Ensuring execution and delivery of Compensation and Benefits services according to defined SLA

Preparing information and documents for external authorities for audit purposes and capturing data related to Compensation and Benefits into appropriate systems as necessary

assisting employee queries using HR Case Management Tool – Service Now and leading process improvement projects as and when required


Qualifications For The Role

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Administration, or other relevant fields
• Minimum 1-2 year’s experience in Payroll / compensation and benefits and Incentive planning in an HR Shared Services
• Experience in MS Excel
• environment for a global company
• Experience in working in SAP module
