Key job responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end onboarding of new businesses and market expansions, including requirement definition, testing, data migration, validation, and change management.
- Establish robust mechanisms for gathering and responding to application feedback, enhancement requests, and production issues, ensuring timely prioritization and resolution.
- Own stakeholder management, developing effective communication and engagement channels across levels, lines of business, and geographies.
- Collaborate with technology teams to groom, prioritize (based on business impact), and execute issues resolution and enhancement roadmaps.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, process assets, and training programs for application usage, fostering user adoption and proficiency.
- Champion the reliability of receivables applications through continuous improvement of operational processes and controls, proactively mitigating application risks.
- Leverage data-driven insights to identify application issues and opportunities, working closely with operational and technical teams to develop and implement innovative solutions.
- Define and monitor key metrics for operational and application health, measuring the impact and adoption of new application features.
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 3+ years of advanced proficiency in Excel (pivots, lookups, etc.) experience
- 6+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
- 6+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
- 6+ years of mentoring junior finance and/or business team members experience
- Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
- Experience working in a matrixed environment, influencing strategy, and achieving goals by working across the organization
