Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in Trackwise On-prem Trackwise and Sparta Trackwise to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of solutions including TrackWise system upgrade.
• Oversee the configuration and customization of Trackwise systems to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Trackwise solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Trackwise systems.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Trackwise solutions.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for Trackwise systems.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Trackwise solutions.
• Assist in the development of project plans and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Trackwise technology and best practices.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Trackwise On-prem upgrade and configuration.
• Should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have experience in system configuration and customization.
• Should have a strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Must be able to develop and execute test plans effectively.
