Job Description
- Understanding the market, ecosystem and competitive landscape for the product area, and defining product strategy
- Executing discovery phase with design and engineering teammates to determine a feature’s value, usability, feasibility, viablity
- Prioritizing roadmap based on requirements gathered from customer, partner and other market feedback during discovery
- Providing detail requirements by epic / use case story, including functional and non-functional requirements
- Working closely with engineering team to ensure the technical solution addresses the business requirement
- Supporting sales team, enablement and marketing teams’ go-to-market initiatives (e.g. assets, enablement, campaigns)
- Regularly engaging with customers and business partners as the product PM, for product feedback and in support of field sales
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
- Minimum of 3 years of software product management experience
- Experience in collaborating with design and engineering teams
- Experience in engaging in customer and business partner conversations
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel and work in fast-paced environment
- Adaptable to changing business needs and priorities
