Key Skills/Capabilities Required:
- Proven large Account management skills/capabilities
- Ability to define and execute on account management and strategic engagement strategy
- Mapping and Managing customer stakeholders at multiple levels
- Ability to drive structured and business value based customer engagements
- Ability to articulate business value of solutions/ enterprise software and connect at CXO levels
- Capability and skills to craft, build and close software/solution deals
- Ability to align and work with a virtual account team (presales, industry, consulting etc.)
- Ability to map and navigate a customer’s buying process and drive business/commercial closures
- Ability to connect with Siemens DISW India/ global experts and leverage knowledge collaterals
- Passion to succeed, take ownership and create win-win for Siemens DISW and customer
