Responsibilities

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and documentation.

- Provide support in the preparation of monthly and quarterly performance reports.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to ensure targets are met.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Support the team in managing consumer lending cards and payments processes.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and provide insights based on data analysis.
Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel.
- Have experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments is a plus.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Show ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Display effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Show capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
