The Cloud Reporting team is responsible for the delivery of:

• Design, Creation, and Deployment of the SAP SuccessFactors reports, including Report Story for customers using the cloud human capital management suite.
• End-user and internal training on the cloud based reporting tools and their application across all areas of the HCM suite.
• Supporting and enhancing the active reports across the SAP SuccessFactors customer base.

Key duties include:

• Report creation using SAP Success Factors reporting tools for our customers.
• Technical and functional analysis of SAP Success Factors HCM suite modules to provide best-practice reporting guidance to our customers.
• Implementation and testing of development items.
• Development of ad hoc reports from various data sources
• Preparation and updating of Technical and Functional Specification Documents
• Generating ad hoc queries for verification purposes
• Interpretation and application of business logic and data mapping

What you bring

The following technical skills are an advantage, however not a necessity:

• 0-3 years of industry-based experience

• Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud, or SAP SuccessFactors Report Stories
• Previous experience or exposure to the SAP SuccessFactors cloud HCM suite
• SQL experience
• Any other Reporting or Analytics experience
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Enthusiastic attitude with good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and multiple deadlines.
• Methodical, pays attention to detail, thorough.
• Ability to cope with ambiguity.
• Bachelor’s Degree
