Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee the creation of creative briefs and ensure that creative outputs meet the strategic needs of the client.

  • Identify new opportunities, develop solutions and own proposals end to end.
  • Contribute to offering development skills to identify areas of growth related to specific skills, platforms, assets etc. that contribute to enhancing the brand and creative strategy offering.

  • Take full ownership of a project; have a clear understanding, vision and plan of the project that is clearly communicated and executed.
  • Partnering business and strategy teams in the development of holistic marketing and communications plans, including brand strategy, creative development and execution, integrated campaign, digital marketing, and market research.
  • Manage productions with minor check-ins and reviews from senior leaders.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives, market conditions, and challenges, and translate these into effective advertising strategies.
  • Building relationships with key client and internal decision-makers and acting as a trusted advisor on all aspects of campaign strategy, planning and execution.
  • Working in a team of seasoned professionals & using relevant tools to identify opportunities to create unique content for high-quality traffic that leads to increased engagement and growth.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the account team and other internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project deliverables and campaign goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging media platforms, bringing innovative solutions to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to apply innovative interventions for engagement, growth and conversions through the customer journey.
  • Lead internal and client presentations while making people feel, not just understand. Take client feedback and parse out what is valid, and how to respectfully and effectively push back on what isn’t.
  • Deploying strong analytical skills and drive result-oriented decisions with a Data-driven mindset
  • Work with all disciplines to deliver projects of creative excellence on time.
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools and GenAI applications would be an added benefit.
  • Leveraging experience with innovative thinking to develop cutting-edge solutions for clients in a rapidly evolving marketplace.
